Bonte Lane Medicine Music, High Mountain Medicinals, and The Center For Human Flourishing offer an evening of healing sounds, herbal wisdom and community connection!

We’ll begin by welcoming in the power of plants with Suzanne's Bee Happy Tea (featuring honey from her hive!) to help you arrive, soften, and set an intention for self-healing to awaken within you. From there, you’ll be invited to gently move and follow a guided vocal toning practice to open your body and prepare for a custom-tailored sound journey - a unique sound healing session that weaves together crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and gong. Each tone and vibration is chosen to softly guide your nervous system into a state of deep calm, helping your body remember its own natural rhythm of balance and self-healing.
